Who we are
HomeSuite is a website, CRM and listing-marketing platform for real estate agents and brokerages, run by Home Suite Digital. In this policy, “we” and “HomeSuite” mean Home Suite Digital.

Two roles, two kinds of data
We handle personal information in two different ways. For visitors to homesuitedigital.com, people who request a demo, and agents who sign up, we decide why and how the information is used. For the contacts, leads and website visitors that our agent customers collect with HomeSuite, the agent decides, and we act as a processor (a service provider) on the agent’s behalf.
If you are a client or lead of an agent who uses HomeSuite, the agent is the right place to start for questions about your information. Their own site has its own privacy policy.
What we collect from you
Demo requests: the name and email you enter, plus the phone number, company and message if you choose to add them. We use these only to reply to your request.
Agent accounts: sign-in details handled by our sign-in provider, your team and brokerage details, brand assets you upload, and the content you create in HomeSuite.
Billing: subscriptions and payments are handled by our payment provider. We keep the plan and billing status, and we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the service running and secure.
What we process for agents
Agents add contacts and leads, and HomeSuite records the messages, consent decisions and activity tied to them. We process this information only to provide the service to that agent, under their instructions. We do not sell it, and each agent’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s.
Agents are responsible for having permission to contact the people they add, and for answering requests from those people. We help them export or delete a contact’s data on request.
How we use information
To run and secure HomeSuite, to reply to demo requests, to send service messages such as account and billing notices, to provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Text and email messages
Agents can send text messages and emails to their contacts through HomeSuite. Texts go out only to people who have agreed to receive them, and we record each consent decision. Replying STOP ends texts from that number, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Message content, phone numbers and delivery status pass through our text and email providers so the messages can be delivered. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
AI-assisted writing
HomeSuite can draft listing copy, emails and captions with an AI service that uses an OpenAI-compatible interface. The listing details and prompts needed for a draft are sent to that provider. Everything it drafts is marked for review, and nothing goes out until the agent approves it.
Who we share information with
We use these service providers to run HomeSuite, and they receive only what they need for their part of the job:
Railway (application hosting) and Neon (database), in the US West region. Cloudflare R2 (file and media storage). Clerk (sign-in and organizations). Stripe (billing). Telnyx (text messaging). Resend (email delivery). Inngest (background jobs). An AI provider with an OpenAI-compatible interface (writing drafts).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and security of our users and the service. If HomeSuite is ever involved in a merger or sale, information may move with it, and we would tell customers first.
Where your information is kept
Our application and database are hosted in the United States, in the US West region. If you use HomeSuite from outside the United States, your information is processed there.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept until we have replied and for as long as needed to follow up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Agents control how long some customer data is kept, using retention settings in the app. Records past their period are removed automatically. When an account is deleted, its data is removed after a 14-day grace period in which the owner can cancel. Backups age out under our database host’s backup window.
Security
Connections use HTTPS. Provider credentials are encrypted, and each customer’s data is separated from other customers’ in the database. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold as the decision-maker, such as a demo request, by emailing privacy@homesuitedigital.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting where it applies.
For information an agent collected, please contact that agent. If you tell us, we will pass your request on to them.
Children
HomeSuite is for real estate professionals. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make an important change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, let you know.
