About these terms
These terms cover your use of homesuitedigital.com and the HomeSuite platform, run by Home Suite Digital. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use HomeSuite for a brokerage or team, you confirm that you can accept them on its behalf.
A separate customer agreement or order form may apply to paid plans. If it conflicts with this page, that agreement controls.
The service
HomeSuite gives real estate professionals a branded website, a contact list with follow-up tools, and listing marketing they review before it goes out. Some features depend on other parties, such as your MLS, and may be unavailable until they approve access. Features marked “Coming soon” are not yet available.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your team.
Your content and your contacts
You keep ownership of what you add to HomeSuite, including listings, photos, brand assets and contacts. You give us permission to host, process and display it so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for having the rights to your content and the permission to contact the people you add, including consent for texts and marketing emails. You must follow the laws that apply to your marketing and to real estate advertising, including fair housing laws, and the rules of your MLS and brokerage.
Review before you publish
HomeSuite can draft marketing with the help of AI. Drafts can contain mistakes. You must review and approve everything before it is sent or published, and you are responsible for what you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use HomeSuite to break the law, to send spam or messages people did not agree to receive, to post misleading or discriminatory listings, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt or probe the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. The price and billing period are shown when you subscribe. You can cancel from your account, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period unless your plan says otherwise.
Third-party services
HomeSuite connects to services from other companies, such as hosting, sign-in, payments, messaging and ads. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Ending your account
You can stop using HomeSuite at any time. Owners can schedule account deletion, with a 14-day grace period before data is removed. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for security or legal reasons.
No guarantees
We work to keep HomeSuite reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Reports and figures come from the data available to us. When a number is not available we say so rather than estimate it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Home Suite Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or leads, arising from your use of HomeSuite. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. [Counsel to confirm.]
Governing law
[Governing law and where disputes are handled to be confirmed by counsel.]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, let you know about important changes. Using HomeSuite after a change means you accept it.
